Q: How do I check my order status?

Simply Login to your account and click on My Orders tab to get all the details.


Q: How can I track my order shipment?

Once shipped, orders can be tracked using consignment/tracking number OR Air Waybill Number, commonly referred to as AWB number. You can follow the steps below:


Go to ‘My Orders’ after logging in into your account, find the order number you wish to track and click on ‘Track My Order’ to obtain latest updates of your shipment. The tracking link is activated only after 24 hours of order dispatch.

You can also see real-time updates of your order through the order shipment email that has a direct link for order status.

In cases of connectivity issues with courier service providers’ website, we will provide you the AWB number and courier service provider’s name via email and on your account page. All you need to do is:


Go to the courier service provider's website and

In the Tracking Section, type the AWB number provided in the mail and check status


Q: How do I redeem a coupon?

Proceed to checkout after adding all the products in your bag. Enter a valid coupon code in the Apply Coupon tab to redeem the coupon.


Q: How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email from Rajvesh once your order is successfully placed. The mail will also have all the details related to your order.


Q: The colour of the product shown on the website/App and the dress I received seems different. Why is that?

Please note that as mentioned on our product pages as well, there might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen, due to the screen resolution and photography effects.


Q: If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 24 hours of product delivered. It will be picked up by our Logistics Partner at the earliest.

Q: How do I place a cancellation request on Rajvesh?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. An option is provided in My Orders page to apply for cancellation. (If not dispatched).

Q: Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by Rajvesh?

No, there are no extra charges other than those mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of payment, before you complete placing an order.


Q: Why am I being charged GST?

GST is included in the prices of products sold. It is charged as per the Policy of the Government of India.


Q: My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

Please visit our Contact Us page available on website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account, by the issuing bank. However, if it reaches us, it will be credited back to your account.
